Mudgee Bakery and Cafe often has positions available in either the kitchen or front of house. We employ a team of bakers and apprentices, as well as senior and junior team members in the cafe area. Our baking staff start work at midnight or later, shop staff start work as early as 3am, others finish at 4.30pm. We are open 6 days a week so weekend shifts are also available.
